One of our client is currently looking for an energized young person to join his company as an office manager to manage the daily activities in his business. The candidate must have previous management experience and are very reliable and team oriented and should have Queensland Security Licence.

    Job Description
  • Able to control the daily functions of office such as administrative systems and personnel;
  • Able to manage records and accounts of the office and to contribute the planning and review of the services;
  • Assign duties to the staff while maintaining office service standards;
  • Monitoring work performance of the staff and managing personnel activities such as hiring, performance, training and supervision;
  • Efficient in coordinating with professionals to direct office business;
  • Able to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations;
  • Able to ease and help resolution of any issues raised;
  • Able to work in a team and complies with policies and procedures;
  • Efficient in managing office euipments and supplies.
