Job Description

• Able to train, develop and motivate a small bread baking team (2-3 people);
• Knowledge of product development to meet changing customers’ needs;
• Troubleshooting production issues;
• Able to Manage labour efficiency;
• Production forecasting;
• Ensuring consistency of quality;
• Rostering and coordinating staff;
• Strong management skills;
• Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills;
• Extensive food safety and hygiene knowledge;
• Attention to detail and an eye for cleanliness;
• Passion for quality and consistency;
• Ability to organise, plan and prioritise tasks;
• Relevant baking qualifications;
• Intermediate computer skills

This is a full time position for an immediate start. Working hours will be variable and will include weekend and public holiday work.
